SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS:
We offer a discount if you prepay and buy a block of time
upfront of 10 hrs or more. These blocks never time out and
effectively freeze the rate until the hours are used up.
Small companies might want to buy a block of time and use only 2 hours per month,
while larger companies often buy blocks and use 8 or more hours per week. This is a cost effective
way of having onsite tech support without having the expense of a full time staffer.
All time will be tracked and accounted for in a
invoice when the time is used up.
