Office/business Network Contract Rates
Contract rates for network clients start with hourly or all inclusive rates. This gives you
as much time as needed (some onsite and some off via remote) with a priority when network problems
cause downtime.
When you sign up for this package, your network will be reconfigured for remote access and remote
monitoring. Basically we will test your server for operation every few minutes. If the server
reports an error or just stops responding. We will be notified by both
phone and email. And within minutes, we will be onsite
to fix the problem.
Onsite service calls are billed 1 hr minimum.
We are open 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. After 5pm or weekends service
calls billed at 1.5x. Simply call our office at 800-530-5018,
and we will dispatch a service technician to your office
generally within the hour!
Website Design
Note:
All website design projects are prepaid before work is started. All time will be tracked and accounted for in a monthly
invoice. We build websites in our spare time, as we are mainly a network and computer repair company,
Any meetings or work required during our regular business hrs are billed at the network rate.
We prefer to communicate via email
for web design clients. This gives us a written description of the work you require and allows us to work on
your project during slow times.
